Ancient Path Wrestling
ANCIENT PATH WRESTLING
Ancient Path Wrestling is a new division of our ministry dedicated to mentoring young men through the sport of wrestling. Our goal is to instill discipline, self-control, physical endurance, and strong biblical character. Through training, mentorship, and fellowship, we are building up future leaders—strong in both body and spirit.
Our program will be led by Coach Henry Martinez, a seasoned and fruitful wrestling coach with years of experience. More importantly, he has a heart for discipleship and the maturity of young men. Under his leadership, participants will not only develop athletic skill, but also be guided in integrity, teamwork, and faith.
We already have indoor facilities in place to host practices and events. Interest in the program is high, especially among the young men in our community. Because many of our families are low income, we are committed to offering this program at little to no cost.
What We Need
To launch safely and effectively, we are seeking sponsorship and donations to cover the following:
- Professional wrestling mats by Dollamur (foldable for storage)
- Basic equipment like headgear and optional wrestling shoes for older boys
We have looked into used mats but found that many are worn down and pose sanitation concerns. We’re seeking new, quality mats to ensure the health and safety of all involved.
