App Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Ancient Path community platform: the Ancient Path app for iPhone and Android, and community.ancientpathrevivals.com. It is run by Parable of the Vineyard Ministries, doing business as Ancient Path Revivals, 4099 Cravens Drive, Macomb, Missouri 65702. Our public website has its own privacy policy at ancientpathrevivals.com/privacy.

The platform is for members of our community and guests registered for our events. Accounts are issued by community leadership or created when you register for an event. You must be 13 or older to hold an account. Children under 13 never have accounts of their own; a parent or guardian may list them as members of their household.

• Account and contact details: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and password. Passwords are stored only in a secure, unreadable form.
• Household information: the members of your household, their relationship to you, dates of birth, gender and age group.
• Health and safety information: medical notes, allergies, dietary needs, special needs and emergency contacts. You enter these so we can care for you and your family, for example at meals and events.
• Event registrations: who is attending, tickets, camp preferences, waiver signatures, and check-in and check-out times.
• Payments: rent and event payments are processed by Stripe. Your card and bank details go directly to Stripe. We keep payment records such as amounts, dates and status, never your full card or bank account number.
• Things you post or upload: prayer requests and praise reports, market listings and photos, your profile photo, documents, calendar events, requests and problem reports.
• Community records: chores, tasks, time entries, agreements you sign, and similar records of community life. Signed agreements record the type of device or browser used to sign.
• Push notification token: an identifier that lets us send notifications to your device.

We do not collect your location, your phone's contacts or your browsing history. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools in the app or on the platform.

We use this information only to run the community: to manage households, housing and rent, chores and tasks, events and registrations, meals and safety, and to send you notifications and email about things that concern you. We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.

Access is based on your role. Other members see only what you choose to share in the directory, plus prayer requests and other posts meant for the community. Anonymous prayer requests do not show your name to other members. Health and safety details are limited to community leadership and the people responsible for caring for you, for example kitchen volunteers who see dietary needs when planning meals.

We use a small number of companies to run the platform. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage
• Stripe: payment processing
• MailerSend: sending email
• Expo, Apple and Google: delivering push notifications
• Slack: internal notifications to community leadership

We keep your information while you are part of the community or have an account. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your information, we delete your personal information within 30 days. We keep only the records we are required to keep, such as payment history, signed agreements and waivers, and time records.

• Delete your account in the app: Profile, then Delete account. This signs you out and turns off your login right away, and starts the deletion of your personal information.
• Update most of your information yourself in your profile and household pages.
• Turn off push notifications in your device settings or in the app's notification preferences.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete anything we hold, by writing to info@ancientpathrevivals.com. We respond within 30 days.

All connections are encrypted. Passwords are stored only in secure, unreadable form. Access is restricted by role and checked on every request. Deactivated accounts are signed out everywhere and cannot sign in. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat this information as sensitive, because it is.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will let you know through the platform.
